I am a filmmaker in Nashville, Tennessee, where I have a company called Fraser Documentary & Archival Projects. I also make my own personal work, mostly in experimental modes of nonfiction. I taught filmmaking at Ithaca College in New York for five years, and have recently returned to Tennesssee. My wife Carolyn Benedict Fraser works with me. She is a photographer and teaches photography at the Harpeth Hall School in Nashville. I completed my MFA at Stanford, an MA at Ole Miss (Southern Studies), and a B.A. in Philosophy at Sewanee.
